can't activate and support ticket not created

I purchased Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro and going through activation it says "activated" but when I tap "finish" it says not activated.  I have read through FAQ and it lists several users with the same problem.  I can't find a directory called PRODUCTNAME.

Why is a support ticket not created?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you're referring to this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#keepsaskingactivation, The "PRODUCTNAME" meant for you is "Multiplicity" since that is the product you having issue with. Try that and report back.

Same problem exists after following your directions.  I would still like to have a support ticket started.
