Purchased product with incorrect email address so product not showing on my account

I bought Curtains for my 12 year old son and used an incorrect email address to the account, the product key is not showing now on the account we created but the money has been taken from my account. Can anyone help please?

I wonder if you have select the correct one. I believe on your case it should be : Purchase\refund button -> Product Not received. and fill in the information in there.

Did you gone through the same steps?

I'm happy to take a refund and we can reorder - our account has the product in the 'basket' as if we have not purchased, but I have already paid and the money has been taken from my account.

You might be able to work it out by just merge it with your own account using this steps.

Thanks for getting back to me and apologies, this is for my son.

I have not received a ticket number from any of my requests, just redirection emails. I have followed instructions as Basj suggested and completed a form and also tried to merge the .com purchase with the .co.uk account.

Good morning,

Just following up from our exchange last week. I have still not received the product key or a ticket number for any of my requests. I have so far received 17 emails welcoming me to the Stardock Universe however. I would really appreciate your help in either receiving a refund for the product I have paid for and not received or receiving the product key for my son,
