Windows FX

Animation don't work in explorer

Hello,

last weekend I've done the update from Win10 1909 to Win10 20H2.

Now I've noticed that the animations from Windows FX (6.1) don't work on Windows Explorer.

With all the other programs and apps the animations are working fine.

Any help to get the animations back to the Explorer would be nice.

Thanks

Michael

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Which animation are you having issue with on Windows Explorer? The open/close/max/min animation or movement animation?

If movement animation, please try "Compiz style wobbly/jelly windows" refer below :

If it is not on movement setting, please elaborate more on your issue. A video would help us better to understand it.

Thanks

Problem solved, was not a Windows FX thing.

I've used "System Transparency" for to make the explorer window also in foreground a little bit transparent.

And with "System Transparency" active the animations of Windows FX didn't work on explorer window.

I've deactivated "System Transparency" and now all animations of Windows FX are working again like they should.

So sorry, my fault.

Thanks

Michael
