How to give comments ???

sorry , just join in , still not familiar with the settings in here , i saw a desktop pic and i like it and want to give some comments about it but couldnt find the button for me to click on and enter a comment. help pls , thanks a lot

Under the Thumbnail picture there is a section that says commenst---Download. Click on comments.
