bad email and will not activate several of object desktop programs like fences

Will not let me activate fences with the license key for object desktop.

Says ..Email Edited out ......is not valid but subscription receipt was sent there.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Email edited out - should not be posted in a public forum.

If your using a new email address now go to your account

and update from the old to the new email https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountinfo

   This is my order reference number.  When i log in it does not show that i have the software and will not let me activate it with the email from which i received the receipt. is it in an account with a different email account?

What can i do to use the programs i have bought

It appears that your Object Desktop product key is assigned to an old email address.  You will need to use the older, correct, email address when activating.
