Issue with serial number

Hey guys, i didnt find it here so i have to ask. During last 3 - 4 weeks groupy lost ability to store my licence. And no jokes about warez please. After filling both collums - mail and number of licence and clicking OK it seems to be good, but after reboot computer or sometimes during normal traffic it show a message that i have to enter number of licence again. Its only my problem, or its some bug?

Many thanks for potential upcoming useful advices.

PS and no, my native language isnt english so please ignore sentence composition.
