Software activation requests on every PC restart.

For the past few weeks, every PC restart/shutdown process requires re-activating both Start8 and ObjectDock, after start-up. Just wondering if there is a solution? I did try the Windows + R solution mentioned in the FAQ, no luck. Thanks in advance.
