Stardock - not able to process any purchase

Hi there, 

I am trying to purchase WindowFX and Object Desktop but payment fails and a message appears that "We coudn't process your payment.. please contact us ...... "

Is stardock not accepting further orders ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe, Stardock still accepting orders. It maybe, your mode of payment is not recognize by Stardock system. Please try another payment method or raise a support ticket using this link : https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4 and Support will help you from there.

Same problem here. For two days I've tried paypal or card payment and they both repeatedly fail!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

WE HAVE ALL RAISED SUPPORT TICKETS, YET THIS KEEPS HAPPENING TO EVERYONE - THIS IS WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOUR SUPPORT "To clarify, FastSpring (the merchant of record), has for some reason flagged the order attempt. I can see a block has been placed by FastSpring for your Email Address."

The hilarious thing is, after receiving this info from your support, I tried to pay again, this time with a different email address (my work email) and a different credit card..... Denied again

 

Your merchant is rejecting perfectly good payments to purchase your products......

That one did not pass a FastSpring risk assessment.  Adam, who has worked with you on your placed ticket, placed one of our own with FastSpring on Friday.  I am confident you will know the results early Monday morning.  I do see that you have replied to that ticket 15 times.  There is no need to keep replying to it until you hear back from Adam.

While I understand this can be frustrating (its happened to us all at one point or another), this is not personal.  While rare that any of us has been caught up in a false positive, it is the cost of doing business online where fraud and relentless exploitation are a daily battle.

still no resolution for me on this.

I tried to pay again today after Adam from support emailed me Monday and said my IP address was no longer blocked by FastSpring and they told me to try paying again.

I waited a full day after receiving that message from support, and tried paying for the software again today and unfortunately received the same error message " We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."

Been trying to buy this software for almost a week now with no luck :(

I will say that Adam from support has been getting back to me at least, but no luck yet getting this resolved

I wonder, if you use VPN and come in with different IP, would that get through?
