Research Complete info doesn't display correctly

I had problems trying to read the text on the research items when you successfully complete an item. Scrolling was hit and miss. trying to scroll one line would on occasion jump to the bottom and scroll everything off the top.

Other research text appeared to be incomplete but that could be due to scrolling problems.

I had this happen also. When it jumped to the bottom it wouldn't allow scrolling back.

I know that some of the items are still place holders.
