Purged Multiplicity using the bat file but forgot to deactivate KVM Pro license
Greetings!
I was trying to make my Multiplicity KVM Pro work an hour ago, it suddenly won't connect after I changed networks. I saw one article that had an "all else fails" .bat purge file. I ran it, however I didn't know it would force uninstall Multiplicity, I forgot to deactivate my primary license. I reinstalled Multiplicity after restarting my computer and now on the license prompt it says it's currently activated on another PC (which is this PC), I tried the deactivate license on that PC button but it doesn't work.
Can I have my license deactivated manually by support? So I can reactivate it here on the same PC.
Cheers!!
