driver updater key DONT WORK

i bought system utilites 21 through your store, got the keys in my e-mail, uninstaller and win optimizer 18 works like charm but driver updater not, it just says there is something wrong with my key, i wont activate license throug software or MY ACCOUNT.  in ashampoo web site/my account  it just says "The license key you entered could not be found in our database. Please check your input or contact our technical support." and when i try to activate in driver updater software it says "there was a problem activating your product"  i have waited 10+ hours to someone fix this or tell me what to do, 10+ hours emailing to stardock AND ashampoo and i get only a answer from a robot, " pls check yor email, read forums" and so on..... why i cant just get a WORKING key?????

And reply here with your support ticket number. I will forward your issue to Support. But, do know Stardock is on Easter Holiday, so support might be slow.
