Color of My Windows Icon

How to Make it White Again?

Hi,

I somehow set one of the values so that my Windows start button, on mouseover, turns blue.

How can I reverse this? So that it is always white?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more. How do you set those color? Does Windowblinds or Curtains use in doing so? A screenshot on what your start button look like would help us to understand it better.
