Unable to simply purchase software

software license purchase problem

I am trying to just buy Object Desktop, and (even after updating my email address, and reset my password), I repeatedly receive an error from the web site that I need to contact Stardock.

I never get to the point of receiving a license no., or an order no.

So far, I have done everything right, and the purchase is failing - after a good hour. This is not a good sign.

Am I supposed to address this in a forum??

Please help if you can.

Sorry for the delayed response. This has indeed been resolved. I cannot recall how it was resolved, but I did open a ticket, and now have 2 licenses for my 2 laptops. :)

I am having the same issue, it wont let me buy the software, receiving an error message. Have submitted a ticket but have not heard back
