Activated on wrong machine, won't let me deactivate.

I was able to activate with a key/e-mail/resp file on my computer, but it won't let me deactivate, so I can activate on another machine. How can I deactivate if my proxy/firewall are blocking and being managed by an administrator?

 

Another thing, when I try to get the file on the machine we want this on, it tells me e-mail address is invalid, but it works on my machine.

*I was able to deactivate by disabling the firewall, but now the correct computer keeps telling me the e-mail address is incorrect (even though I JUST used it) and it's not licensed for this computer.
