Yes, you can download Axialis Icon Workshop which can import Alpha-Channel PNG's and output Alpha-Channel XP Icons (up to 128x128). They have a free trial for download. http://www.axialis.com/

Hus........ actually you can create custom sizes up to 256x256, with IWS.... I just recently realized that.

Really? How do you do it? When I make an icon it only gives an option for 128x128. I always wanted 256x256 icons for use with IconX but could never figure out a way to make them.

Hus, I don't have IWS in front of me now, but I believe there is an option for custome size somewhere. I'll have to conform that later when I get to work.

In the "new Icon from Image" dialog, click the "Other Image Format" button..... there you will find a checkbox for "Custom sizes"
