For Individual license purchase, it is yours for life. It is not a subscription. So for two license it will be $20 for life. But do know that:
With the individual license, incremental upgrades (Fences 2.0, 2.1, etc) are offered with most Stardock software at no charge. Version upgrades however (Fences 2 -> Fences 3) are usually paid upgrades. (From here: https://forums.stardock.com/486310/object-desktop-support-faq#objectdesktop)
So for Windowblinds case it will be free update for V10.87 and above. And it should be a paid upgrade when Windowblinds move to V11.XX

Is this company a ripoff scam or what? I have tried repeatedly to get a product activation code for Fences 3 for a while now. key and it came on the screen and then was gone before I could write it down. they have told me to go here: http://www.stardock.com/

I did and have not gotten a response that will resolve the issue. SSN-9710 is the ticket number. I paid for fences 3 product and did not get a product key from someone called Sean Drohan [email protected]. I have sent pictures of the error and asked repeatedly for help. I have called and pushed enough buttons on their phone line to leave a voicemail. still no help! a lot of work for a $10 product. or maybe that is the way they operate. pay for a low-cost product then make it so hard to get the product so people give up I guess. I'm about fed up with this company and will be spending a lot of time until it gets fixed with a refund for my trouble.

I answered that ticket as well as the 2nd one you created.
That is not the only thing you were given. Please review ticket SSN-10103 again as I specifically detail what the issue is.

as far as I can tell you asked a question but did not solve the issue. If I haven't gotten the product key then I am not understanding why your company doesn't answer the phone or help resolve the issue? Not only do I still want the key but I want a refund for all my troubles as well. seems like a good product but the customer service here is horrible. Where is the product key I paid for?
can someone just pick up the phone and call me like a human being for christs sake?!
