Can't activate Multiplicity after formating the PC

Steam Activation

I just had to format my PC and reinstalled Steam and everything. When I launched Multiplicity and tried to activate the license, it says that it is activated on another machine and that it will deactivate it in the other machine and then activate it in this one, but it fails. I'm afraid that I had to unload it before formating but I think that would be nonsesnse since it should tell when it is active in another computer.

How do I deactivate the licence in the "last machine"? althought is the same PC.

Thanks

I tried that, but it doesn't show activation keys as it was activated trought Steam. some other software show the product key and allow me to deactivate it from the last PC, but not for Multiplicity. I guess Steam has something to do. What else can I do?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

I directly installed from steam. The thing is that I can't see an option to remove the last device.

Is it something tech support should look at?

Thanks

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

No doubt you linked your Steam account and that is the issue.
