I've searched hi and lo for good Phoenix pictures and not found a single one....if anyone can help i'd be very gratefull

Phoenix looks just like Mozilla. So look for Mozilla pics. BTW, the latest builds are now code named "Firebird" not Phoenix (was a previous version).

Besides, because it's skinnable, it can really have any look, including looking just like IE.
