Activation

I cannot activate fences on my new computer. I have fences on a existing computer that is being replaced and need to transfer it over to the new computer. The app installed on the new computer but will not activate. Please advise

I tried to deactivate it on my old computer, but says there is a problem with my internet connection, but I checked and the internet is connected and working. Fences is still working on it.
