Activation Issue - Fences 2

Hello,

I understand that this is a very common issue, but I tried all proposed solutions but without any success.

I purchased licenses for Fences 2 in 2014, but then changed the laptop in 2015 and forgot about it until last month.

I went to my emails and was abe to locate the Receipt/Purchase Order email. I used same details (even downloaded the associated Fences 2 software), but still unable to activate it.

Please note that I have done the below:

  1. I installed Fences 2 and input the same email and activation code I received in 2014 receipt.
  2. used this link to check for product key - it gave me that there is no key associated with my email.
  3. when I went to "Order History" I receive an error page.

Were previous orders deleted? Will I have to purchase a new one?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Do you try this link to get product and key and you need to use the 

email addy used to buy the product and if paid with PayPal that email.

If running Windows 10 now you will want to upgrade to Fences 3 over 2

Thank you for your response.

I have tried the above, I used my current email (which was my PayPal address back then) and I tried with another email (which is my new PayPal address) with no luck.

Initially, I installed Fences 3, but then I thought that maybe I should use the exact same software associated with my key. So I uninstalled F3 and installed F2 with still no luck.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Fences 3 will never work with Fences 2 key, you will need to buy a new Fences 3 keys for it.

As for Fences 2, please raise a support ticket using the link below and supply all the details on your purchase in there. And Support will help you from there.
