No products in my downloads or order history

I purchased object desktop yesterday and paid for it and I had a popup that showed me the order number and serial number to use. When I go to my downloads and order history, I don't see any object dekstop items. I also tried downloading individual programs and using the serial number provided but it says not valid. I still haven't gotten any response from support

If you purchased via paypal please use the email account that link to paypal. Or with any other pay method please use that email account that link to that pay method. But, if that still not working for you. Please raise support ticket using link below. Please include all your purchase information in there and Support will help you from there. Bare in mind that it is currently weekend so Support might be slow. Appreciate your patience.
