Yeah, both my register email and Alipay account email, and the responses are the same "Account Lookup Failure"!

SSN-12568 is you support ticket numbers? Did you raise that ticket today? Did you include all relevant information no your purchase there? If you did, than Support will help you from there.

How can I activate my O.D ? I double check the email I used for my paypal account and the email I entered in when purchase the product are exactly the same.

Have you done the steps I mentioned above in reply#1? Make sure to put in the email that is link to your paypal account.
