Is There Any Way To Contact WinCustomize Admins?

In order to rate a skin you must have Apprentice Access or UserLevel 4.
In order to view ratings you must have Apprentice Access or UserLevel 3.

Thanks for your posting, yrag, but that is not what the FAQ says. Here is what the FAQ says:

"Ratings
How & why are the files at WinCustomize rated?"

"To be able to rate a skin you must have either a Apprentice access level or higher, or have a Customer Level (User Level) or either 3 or 4"

So, I should be able to rate skins, because my "Customer Level (User Level)" is 3.

The FAQ is wrong and as of about a month ago all accounts have been corrected to perform as noted in my original post....

Create a skin/s for for any of the proggies Stardock creates and after a while you'll be promoted to Apprentice. If you're not into being creative, buy WinCustomize Browser and become an instant winner.....
