Activation error

When trying to activate it keeps sending an error saying that my email does not correspond to the serial number from my invoice.

When I try to retreive my serial numbers Fences 3 does not show up. When I go to your actvation page it does not les=t you login, or add products to my account.

Please help since your web site is so bad and i am tired of going around in circles.

This does not answer the fact that I have a valid licence for Fences 3 and that it does not appear in my account. When I try to activate the licence it tells me that the email does not correspond to the licence number. I have included the stardock invoice number for follow-up.

Purchased on december 24 2020.

 Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

You need to use the email you bought the product with

and if you used PayPal use that email.

That should work for you.

If so then we can give you a link if needed to transfer email to

the one you want to use now .

I have tried all of the above and it still only shows two products from years ago. Fences 3 was purchased on december 24 2020 as shown on the invoice my email address andre,[email protected] as shown below.

 

I cannot find this registration in my account. Your web site makes people go around in circles without ever getting to the actual problem. No matter how many time you send me the contents on my account it will not fix the problem.

This is my final attempt to get the problem solved and if it cannot be resolved you will loose a customer forever and i will not recommend your products to anyone.
