I bought Windowblinds from an internet address in another county! I moved! And now they are sending a message for me to reply to at that old email address that doesn't exist anymore to complete the crossreference....

This is KarmaGirl's email. Crossreferencing might not be the problem but it doesn't hurt to try when all else fails.

By the way, what happens when you try to download something? What error messages are you getting? What OS and what version of WB are you running?

Jazzmax, if you don't have that email address anymore, why don't you change your email address in your account info to your correct one?  If you are still having problems, please email me with all the info GM suggested in post #2
