WindowBlinds not skinning right click menus...

For some reason WindowBlinds quit skinning the right click menus. It used to do it before, but it suddenly quit when i had uninstalled WindowBlinds and reinstalled it again.

Right Click on Desktop>Properties>Appearance Tab>Windowblinds>On the menu to the left of the 'Windowblinds Advanced Configuration' click on Basic Settings then under 'Skin Advanced Controls' make sure 'Menu Backgrounds' is selected

yeah it's selected, i think it's a registry problem.
