Update broke license, can't reactivate
Hello,
I have update Fences 3 a few weeks ago, it broke the fences on my desktop.
- I then reinstalled Fences using the latest version and tried to reactivate my license which was working until then
using the product key and the email I used to buy the product (and where I received the bill with the product key in there).
Im getting the error :
'Email address is not valid for the product key'
- I tried to install the previous version provided in one of the forum post, same issue.
- I turned off the internet connection and tried using the offline method which only asks me a .resp file and never provided me
with something to upload to get said file. So I can't proceed with that method.
- Tried to activate with Stardock Account (this one which has the license) and it says
'Fences is not associated with this account'.
So far I believe I have tried everything I can and Id like to get to use Fences again.
Please let me know.
