I want to activate Groupy on a new offline PC, but it only offers the option to OPEN an Offline-File, not create one, and I can't find any option to download one, so I can't get it activated

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Follow this guide for activation : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#activateproduct. In there if you scroll down a bit. There are steps for Offline activation, please follow the steps closely.

Yes I know but
1. My Groupy installation, that i just downloaded here, only offers to OPEN a file and doesn't offer to SAVE a .req file
Ok seems like I first need to hit activate so the programm notices its offline to offer that option... Was able to create the file now.
2. The activation Website https://activate.stardock.com/ just shows a 404 Error.
I can reproduce this issue. I have forward your problem to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
