A little while ago i uploaded a wallpaper or two... then it said that they were waiting approval... and i checked again and now they're gone... is it the way i uploaded it?? if so, what are the correct steps to upload (what do i put for each thing)

The wallpaper section is moderated. Emails used to be sent out to let people know if they were not excepted but that had to stop after the moderators were getting too much hate mail over it. Now mail is only sent if your skin is accepted. Unfortunately, if your wallpaper was waiting approval and is now gone it was not accepted.
Just so you know though, because it did show up there to begin with means you did do everything correctly when uploading.
