Cannot Active Stardock 10 or 11 asks to uninstall product, does not give the option to activate

I purchased Stardock 11 upgrade. After I installed the product and few reboots, I cannot start the software. A popup shows stating that "This product is not activated on this computer. Would you like to uninstall this product?"

After I uninstalled, I reinstalled stardock 10. I still get the same error message.

What do I need to do?

I checked the FAQs already. Non of them apply. This is the pop up I am getting. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [Link] Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
