Purchased Object Desktop Upgrade Problem

I just purchased the Object Desktop upgrade, but I can not access the software on your site. It does not show up under order history or my downloads. The payment went through. I have a transaction ID from paypal and your website even gave me a key for the Object Desktop software upon completion of payment.

 

How can I get this resolved?

 

Edit: I should also mention that your website tried to double charge me. I noticed before I completed the transaction and removed one copy from the shopping cart.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Make sure to use your paypal registered email account. Use this guide to get to your products and keys https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys . Try it and let us know if you still can't get to it.

Thanks for your response. It turns out I used a different email when registering with this site, so the new purchase was registered with my main email and I found the information I needed there and not with your site. I tested Object Desktop and everything seems to be fine.
