What is the difference between the 3 versions of Skin Studio??

Not that I will be able to purchase anything soon, but I am a little confused about the information.

If I get the whole SDC package for 50 bucks, do I get the version of Skin Studio that helps to make icons, shell styles, and Window Media Player skins??
