Looking for "hooge" font

I downloaded a WB skin a while back that had the font "hooge" with it to make it look right. Does anyone know what skin this was? I used the font in some graphics I did and don't seem to have it any more.

Lots of skins use Hooge actually. I know for sure it's included with Beacon.

Wait a second. It seems from that web site that the Hooge font isn't free. You must purchase an access pass to download it. How come it's included for free with skins?

I remember having to download one of the Hooge font's for a skin a while back. The description had a link to this site and I was able to download it then. I can't remember the skin, but I do remember downloading the font. Maybe it's a recent change...
