MIA Support help or am i missing something

Renewed Object Desktop as I have done every year (i could afford it) from the release of OD but this year was different. 

Went to renew and the cart was not working on any computer/browser, emailed support = no reply 

Waited a month or so and tried again, order went through received serial as norm, updated fences all was well. 

Next day started system up and noticed Window Blinds was not running, opened it and inserted email/serial, and a blank box shows up with exclamation point.  Contacted Support, 2 days later i  received an email stating  

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. 

I would suspect you have a theme applied that is causing some visual issues. 

If you use the Account option (in your image), and use your email and known password, it would activate. 

Well that was no help seeing you can not REMOVE OR CHANGE the theme unless it is registered so I replied 

Yes but it will not except the email/new od code, i think, just get an exclamation in triangle box and no visible or highlightable txt then closes. (Inserted serial) 

But no replies in 10 days 

PS tried uninstall clean install still wont work, did see a flash of a notice flash in the corner of my eye once saying too many activations or something, it was brief. and never repeated, there is nothing new.

Have now put in for a refund seeing they are no help, probably will have to go through the bank when all I want if it to work!

Got it with no official help.

Come to find out they had computers on a list that I retired years ago still activated. Clicking that tiny question mark is all that was needed from support, after @ 2 weeks they never mentioned it and why is it so hidden, whatever, its good for another year.

If you are talking about colors then that is a bug in your forum software, I never touched any formatting except for italic and inserting a image. Besides that's the excuse for ignoring the post, just highlight the txt, what about the 2 weeks of emails that were never actually read?  A tiny question mark on your website was the entire issue, why hide this important 'option' and not properly notify the customer about the error when it happens, by now you should have figured this out.
