Start 11 - Issue with mouse click on Windows Icon

Hi,

As you can see on the videoshot I took, if I click on the Start Menu icon and immediately move my mouse, the whole Start Menu disappears. I have to wait half a second before moving the mouse to be able to access the tile icons.

Is it a known issue? Thnx
