---PLEASE, will you help a newbie out with WINDOWBLINDS?

Hi all! I just started on here about a week ago, and I just simply LOVE windowblinds. I downloaded a theme called valentines, and I really liek it, except that it's hard to tell that someone has IMed you on AIM because it doesnt flash. Could someone find or make a theme that's cool like valentines? ((to see it, go to holiday theme's and it's the 2nd one there.)) I want something where the start button doesnt say start ((this one has lips)) and the start menu looks super cool ((this one is pink with lips and stuff)) and I like how the downsize and close bowes at the top arent your standard 'X' and stuff.
