Unable to log in to existing account, unable to prove product ownership, no access to order history, no support

Can we just have one issue at a time to deal with?

I have had a series of issues that frankly have made my day somewhat more irritating than I had anticipated.

I have been forced to dive into the steaming cesspit that is Windows 11, and have found enough about it irritating enough that I point blank, employment be damned, wont proceed without fixing it. Fortunately there is a fix, and as usual Stardock are behind it.

Unfortunately, some of the tools required are a part of the Object Desktop suite, requiring a purchase. Not too bad, I certainly don't object to supporting a company that has provided so much support to us in the past. What I do object to however is the exhausting run around I have had all day.

The last few purchases I have made of Stardock products, including qualifying products for a discounted rate for Objects Desktop have been made through Steam - perhaps mixing business purchases and a personal account wasn't the most professional option, however as I use the products at my own expense on both work and home machines I felt this wasn't too much of an issue. Installing Steam on a work machine also for some reason always amuses me. The problem however is that I am unable to log in to Stardock via Steam:

A string of requests as I have beaten my head against this brick wall has directed me to create an entry here... so...

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, as far as I know, there is no ObjectDesktop subscription sales through Steam. If you purchase individual product like Fences, Curtains etc, yes they are available via Steam. But not the whole package of ObjectDesktop. Anyway, on issue for products licenses and activation, please raise Support ticket using this link : https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4. Include all your purchase details in there and Support will help you from there.

Thanks

I am aware that Object Desktop is not available through Steam, but a number of other products are. Some of those products are prerequisites for discounted pricing on Objects Desktp, however your site seems to not recognise puchases through Steam. I cant currently see *any* purchases as I am unable to access purchase history at all.

Hello,

I believe Steam purchased is not currently combine with Stardock purchased under Stardock user account. You should raise a support ticket using the link I posted above. Support will help you from there.

Thank you,

I have a dozen emails from yesterday stating that a ticket has not been created and to refer to the forums for assistance in this matter.

Hi Basj,

I have in the meantime just purchased Object Desktop at the full price. The process of 'fixing' Windows 11 is long and painful, but the tools provided by Stardock make it possible.

Thankyou.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

As basj pointed out, this link must be used for actual ticket creation:

https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4

Just emailing [email protected] will not work to create one (that we see).

That said, you seem to have moved some registrations between emails and been able to make purchases under it.

If all is well, great; if not, please use that ticket link.

Sorry for the delay and frustration.

Sean, perhaps I was not clear.

Your ticket system does not accept tickets. I have used that system, over and over again to no effect. The system generates notifications on almost every attempt that a ticket was not created, and refers you to the forums.

End of Spida81's quote

I assure it does work Spida, I answer them every day all day...  I only says that a ticket was not created if you directly email [email protected].  If you use this link, fill out the form, it will create a ticket....
