Possible Bug or conflict with Lively Wallpaper?

I like having a fat taskbar, but since recent changes on my laptop, I get this:

I don't normally have the taskbar up that high, but I exaggerated to make the glitch or whatever it is more noticable. When I was using Start10, I did not have this issue. So it could be a bug or a conflict with Lively Wallpaper, a live wallpaper engine I recently downloaded and installed. Part of the taskbar seems to vanish when I try to stretch it up and make it a little fatter, not that much though. Have never seen this happen on my desktop machine. Just thought I would mention it. In case any one can duplicate this situation.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Is your Scaling set at 100%

Is all fine without the Live Wallpaper ?

I changed the scaling down to 100 percent. Haven't touched Lively wallpaper. I now have my fat taskbar again. Kind of like a Windows 7 superbar on steroids.  :D   !!!  Thanks!
