No "Recent Items" selection in Start 11

I just downloaded Start 11 for my new Windows 11 computer and I do not see a way to display the "Recent Items" in the start menu that I have come to rely on. Start 10 had it. Am I missing something? Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, need to know which Start11 menu type you're using? Win 7, Metro/Win8, Win10 or Win11?

I already have that enabled and it is showing my last 10 access applications. I am looking for my most recently accessed files as shown in the screenshot below:

You can add recent items by adding it into the list on the quick access panel (right panel) refer to screenshot below.
