Is Activation always this hard?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. No, usually Activation is a simple 2-3 steps thing. The usual suspect for this issue is wrongly put in email address while ordering. Or using paypal or something similar to it when paying which resulting the email tied to that purchase is the email that link to paypal etc. You can verify that by using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys. Do the product lookup and see if the product is listed. If it is not there. It shows that it is another email address. Try another email address. If all fail. Please raise a support ticket : https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4. Include all your purchase details in there and Support will help you from there.

Thanks, I've tried every step possible, even trying every email address I've ever owned and it tells me none are tied to my Activation number. I've looked into trying a ticket but it's telling me they're ONLY supplying email support for certain problems and this doesn't fall into any of them. I can try for a refund though and that's what I'll do.

Buona sera anch'io ho questo problema dal 16/10 e dopo varie email  non sono riuscito a risolverlo non rispondono alle email che mando ho il codice ma non l'email ne ho cambiato tutte ma niente. penso che devo rivolgermi a un avvocato per avere qualche risposta
