Request: Tray and Clock on both monitors

I would like to have the tray and clock on all taskbars. Trying to access discord while playing a game is irritating sometimes. Same with clock.

I made a simular request earlier. I wanted to have the primary task bar moveable to another display like you can in 10. I would also be happy with it being on all taskbars.
