Windows are misaligned, why?

I'm having some weird things happen to a skin I have been altering for my own purposes. Sometimes when I maximize a window it doesn't go to the right spot, I've provided a picture because I don't think I could explain it. Other times it works without a problem I haven't been able to find a pattern to this. There is a picture of what it is supposed to look like as well.
The original skin that I have been altering is OSXP NG.

Just this skin?You might try deleting it and redownloading it and starting over.

Have you recently download updated your skin software - sometimes if you don't do it right - it give you some unusual side effects.

back away from the monitor a bit and see if they comes back into line

just kidding...

Also something to think about is the resolutoin the skin was created at...
Dunno if that might cause any problems or not, but a thought...
