I'm running startallback to get the taskbar buttons uncombined. Start11 isn't moving the taskbar to top of screen. Not sure if there is a conflict between the two. I've restarted explorer, restarted computer....I'm out of ideas.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Shut down startallback and try without it that will tell you if there's a conflict.

I turned off using startallback enhanced classic start menu and then the taskbar went to the top. The spacing between icons is expanded and the system icons on the right are not all showing as it was when on the bottom of the screen. Looks like I have to see if I can live with the taskbar on the bottom.
Also an issue with 0.95 and Valinet's ExplorerPatcher on build 22000.282. Not the end of the world though
Any chance start11 will have an option to ungroup taskbar buttons? That's the main reason I have startallback.
We are looking at taskbar features for the 1.1 version of Start11.
