Fixate Start Button, Search and pinned icons on center screen Windows 10

Hi!

Recently I installed Start11 on my Windows 10 PC and I'm trying the feature to center the taskbar.

It works fine, but has a behavior I would like to know if it's possible to change.

Every time I open/close and app that's not a pinned icon, the taskbar recenter, which is kind of annoying because the icons are always moving.

Is it possible to fixate the Start Button, Search and pinned icons on center screen on Windows 10?
