Purchased two licences for Start11, one assigned to wrong email address

Hi, recently I purchased two 5-computer licences for Start11 in preparation to upgrade the various PCs in my family. Unfortunately part way through I made the mistake of copying in my old email address when entering the second licence key for initial activation (by habit I copied my email from my password manager, but my password manager was out of date with my old email and this is where I messed up).

Since that particular key is now stuck to my old email it does not show up under my downloads for my Stardock account (only the first key I activated shows up there). While I eventually figured out my mistake, deactivating old PCs in the future will still be a problem for me if I can't see that particular key in the list and it'd be great if I could get it updated to my current email address if possible.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will mention I did try giving that merger link a shot just prior to posting here and I was repeatedly hitting a roadblock with an error, it couldn't process my email it seems. I gave it another shot though and it seems to have gone through and I had a few emails come through regarding the change.

I thought I'd give things a little time and it's now been about an hour since then. At this point I'm unsure if I need to wait longer for this to settle, but I'm still only seeing one of the keys in my product list. I just put my email address through the product key lookup as well just to be sure, and still no changes.

Edit: I just ran my old email through the same lookup just to be sure. Can confirm my key is still attached to that address.
