Start10 Deactivated

I have a copy of start10 that deactivated itself and when i try to reactivate it said it's not valid for this e-mail address when it is.

Also, start10 doesn't show up in my downloads. Only in my order history

Please try to deactivate old activation and try reactivate again. Use this guide to deactivate : [Link]
