Start11 Grouping of Groups

Windows 10 seems to have an extra level of grouping

from Stardock Forums

Hello,

In Start11 you can resize icons to small and put them in a group.

In Windows 10 you can drag those smaller icons over each other to create an even smaller group.  Can that be done in Start11?  Seems like it is missing.  

Maybe a picture will work better than my explanation:  The red groups are what are similar - the light blue circle has what I'm looking for

Do you have any guesses when this would be introduced? This is really the only thing missing before I'd say this is feature complete. It's such a useful and under-rated feature.
