You will need to check, usually if you purchase via paypal, your purchase will be tied to your email that link to paypal. Sometimes that email is not the same as your email that link to your Stardock account. You might need to merge this two account so your purchase appear on your Stardock account : Use this guide to merge account : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#mergeaccounts

I merged the 2 emails Please do not post emails on the forums (the one i used to order fences 4. Nothing is better.
The only information i have in my paypal receipt is B2A31-19D3B-65605-D50BB-ABCD4-DBD9F Fences 4 but no link to to the program.
Can you please send me the link to download fences 4 or must i write to paypal to be refund ,
