Settings are not saving in 1.19.1

I'm facing a problem in saving settings in stardock curtains i make changes in option menu but it doesn't save after closing it in the version 1.19.1 please solve this issue

1. I have windows 10 pro build 19044

2. I want to apply accent colour to title bar and window borders but it's not changing.
