Start11 activated but not enable

I'm using the 30 days trial to test the product. I followed the activation instructions but Start11 doesn't initiate at all. I can manually run the app for configuration, but the stat button still brings the windows 11 native Start Menu.

 

How to proceed?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system

  1. Windows 10 or 11? version?
  2. System CPU, Intel, AMD or ARM?
  3. What is your setting on these settings
